BaanNow ("we" or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform.

2. Data we collect

• Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration or listing creation
• Payment data (processed by Omise / Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches, contact events
• Hashed IP addresses for rate limiting and fraud prevention

3. How we use your data

• Provide the platform and deliver features you request
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Send transactional emails related to your account and listings
• Analyse usage to improve the service

4. Third-party disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors: Resend (email), Omise / Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (image storage) — all under appropriate data processing agreements.

5. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures including TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and role-based access controls.

6. Your rights (PDPA)
