1. Acceptance

By accessing BaanNow you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Business model

BaanNow is a paid-listing marketplace. Suppliers pay upfront plan fees to list; searchers contact suppliers for free. BaanNow is not a party to any transaction between renters and landlords.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Do not share passwords or allow others to use your account

4. Supplier rules

• Listing information must be accurate and up-to-date
• Suppliers must hold all legally required permits to rent or provide services
• Do not list properties not legally permitted for short-term rental
• Paid plan fees are non-refundable except where required by law

5. Prohibited content

Do not post content that is fraudulent, illegal, infringing, or harmful. BaanNow reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of liability

BaanNow provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy of user-generated content. Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.
